Nitro District

Nitro District is unapologetic arcade racing. Grip is loose, drifts are exaggerated, and boost is everything. It's not a simulator and it's better for it on a phone.

The tilt controls work well once you tweak the sensitivity, though we ended up preferring the on-screen steering. The upgrade tree gives you a clear reason to replay tracks, and the sense of speed ramps up nicely as you invest in your car.

The track variety thins out in the mid-game, and a few night maps are hard to read. Still, for quick adrenaline sessions it does the job.
